DMpro Software Ltd have engaged Amazon Web Services, Inc (AWS), who are a third-party cloud service provider, to provide data hosting services for Duet. Our agreement with AWS includes the terms of their GDPR DPA (Data Processing Addendum) with SCC (Standard Contractual Clauses). Duet production systems are hosted in secure data centres managed by AWS and located in Ireland.
We will retain your personal information for as long as we have a relationship with you. We may also retain elements of your personal information for a period of time afterwards, where we have a business need to retain it, or to comply with our legal obligations. Following this period we will ensure that your data is deleted.
We place great importance on protecting your data against unauthorised access and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your data.
