Duet can be deployed as a fully integrated mobile field service solution for Pegasus Opera 3 CRM Service & Helpdesk Management (SHDM)
Helpdesk Calls scheduled in Opera 3 SHDM are transferred to Duet Service Desk
When a Helpdesk Call is scheduled to a Service Provider (engineer) in Opera 3 SHDM, a Service Task is created for them in Duet Service Desk
The Service Provider progresses their Service Tasks in Duet Service Desk using their mobile device and records time, parts used, expenses and requisitions, and captures images and customer signatures
Once a Service Task is completed, the information can be downloaded back to Opera 3 SHDM at the touch of a button to update the Helpdesk Call, and create billable worksheet activities if required
Camera images and signatures captured in Duet can be stored against the Helpdesk Call history in Opera 3
